Kent Construction Consultants have been appointed as Kent Wildlife Trusts Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators to deliver the redevelopment of the Sevenoaks facility.

The Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve, a former gravel pit turned designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI), attracts over 80,000 visitors a year due to its large biodiversity in wetland species. As the appointed cost consultants, we have carefully delivered commercial recommendations and solutions during the RIBA Staged cost planning whilst administering a design and build procurement route. 

Construction plans include an enlarged cafe with a lakeside view, increased parking from 48 to 85 spaces, and improving access for all, with the hope to inspire a love for nature in future generations.  

Kent Construction Consultants professional services include full cost management and contract administration including cost planning, tender management and contract awards. In accordance with the selected procurement route, the scheme will be tendered to local main contractors and administered by our experienced cost consultants through delivery stages to project handover.
