The Avenue, Priors Hall Park

Kent Construction Consultants have been appointed as the projects Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators for and behalf of Project Etopia UK, a leading global sustainable developer who focuses on Net Zero Carbon developments and innovative build methods. 

The Avenue will provide 31 unique houses and 16 luxury apartments that have been thoughtfully designed combining smart technology, modern methods of construction and a Net Zero ethos to restructure the norm associated with housing schemes, The Avenue at Priors Hall Park will showcase in total 47nr residential units, external landscaping and extensive sitewide infrastructure which includes off-site fabricated modular construction, luxury internal specifications with the use of solar heating, MVHR systems, Air Source heating and smart integrated technologies.

Our appointment includes the preparation of the RIBA staged cost planning and pre construction activities, leading to the implementation of Management Contracting procurement methods. Our experienced consultants will then prepare and administer the tender management process using local trade contractors, focusing on the various contract awards and subcontract trade management using a construction management approach. Here we will deliver monthly interim payment certifications, cost reporting and contract administration.
