Construction Management is a totally unique procurement route and now offered as a separate professional service by our team of Quantity Surveyors.

Kent Construction Consultants are appointed by the client to facilitate, raise individual contracts, and manage the subcontractors (referred to as Trade Contractors) instead of employing a single Main Contractor. We provide our clients with the unique opportunity to maximise control, reduce build costs and work alongside in-house client teams.

Construction Management is becoming more commonly used by local developers and clients who prefer a bespoke hands on, commercial approach whilst before being the uncommon procurement strategy.

The client, whether a developer, fitout contractor or investor will provide the equivalent main contracting facilities or amenities in-house which brings core commercial advantages such as optimised programmes, early commencement, build cost savings, and genuine alignment between the construction arm and the client exist objectives or strategic sales targets.

As experienced construction management consultants, we do not recommend this service or procurement route for complex projects or clients who do not have the in-house departmental teams or facilities.

Our experienced quantity surveyors will act as your Construction Manager for this bespoke professional service. Kent Construction Consultants core activities include similar activities as listed within our quantity surveying service, but here we accommodate for the specific procurement route and such client requirements fundamental to delivering and commercially administering the project.
