The client, whether a developer, fitout contractor or investor will provide the equivalent main contracting facilities or amenities in-house which brings core commercial advantages such as optimised programmes, early commencement, build cost savings, and genuine alignment between the construction arm and the client exist objectives or strategic sales targets.
As experienced construction management consultants, we do not recommend this service or procurement route for complex projects or clients who do not have the in-house departmental teams or facilities.
