Managing Director

Charles Kenward founded Kent Construction Consultants Limited during the first National Lockdown back in 2020 which is now one of the region’s largest Chartered Construction Practices, delivering high profile developments and schemes throughout the United Kingdom. 

His professional career started back in 2015 which progressed to Senior Management levels before incorporating his own Practice, working for high Net Worth’s, Tier 1 Main Contractors, and global Consultancy Practices. Having completed several high-end residential schemes throughout Central London, Kent and the Caribbean, Charles is predominantly known for personally working alongside Sir Richard Branson, undertaking the commercial management delivering the Branson family home on the prestigious Necker Island. Charles has also delivered several commercial and health schemes, such as Buckland Hospital, and the famous Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Charles holds his BSc Hons Degree in Surveying Consultancy Management and has since completed his memberships for the Chartered Institution of Builders (CIOB) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
