Senior Quantity Surveyor

Having joined Kent Construction Consultants in October 2020, James is a highly respected and vibrant member of the Kent Construction Consultants team who has over 7 years of experience within the construction industry as a talented commercial and project related professional. James graduated the University of Greenwich in the summer of 2020, with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and has also gained his chartership with CIOB.

James has progressed over the last 7 years, undertaking the roles of Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager for numerous Kent, Surrey and London based projects. James daily tasks exceed the traditional role expected, with extensive technical and design management experience, he also excels in the monitoring of all contract related variations and design changes to ensure the client gets their desired project at the correct price, delivered on time.

After delivering excellent work and showing his loyalty to the company, James was promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2022.

Outside of work, James enjoys live music, films, and working on his cooking skills.
