Associate Director

Manraj began his journey in 2015 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor based in London. He received his BSc with honours in Quantity Surveying in 2020, within the same year he started his new journey at Kent Construction Consultants and leading his own 30-unit development scheme based in Cambridge.

During his five years, Manraj has gathered a vast amount of knowledge within the construction industry. He has been able to work with the client as a cost consultant on various schools and hospitals across London. Manraj then continued to progress his career by working as a client for one of the biggest development companies within the country. These steps taken have provided him with the capabilities to best advise his clients to suit their needs. 

Taking his experience, he has been able to assist our current clients through all stages of the build progress, but Manraj specializes in and enjoys the cost planning stages of a project. Manraj is trained to focuses on the client’s requirements and needs, ensuring to account for the best cost-effective approach without compromising the quality of the build. 

During his spare time, Manraj Stays active by attending his local Gym. He finds this a good solution to stay focused and driven within the workplace.
